My only suggestion would be to give your customer a truck full of fuel. It was frustrating to worry about whether I put enough fuel in and would I be charged the fill fee.?.
Scott FWe were unable to drop off the key at the time the truck was returned because of code issues. However the following day I was able to drop off key to truck. No problem.
Barbra BProprietor was argumentative and dismissive of my concerns. Be sure to check and photograph the odometer at pickup and return.
doug fThe rental drop off location was fine, Again, because the crew that U-Haul set up to offload the trailer did not show up, I paid almost $500 to hire another moving company to do the job.
