Clean the windows before pickup. Get the steering aligned!! Steering wheel was 23° to the left when driving straight. Fix the broken power outlets so people can use their g p s. Give customer instructions or instruction sheet on use of the trailer. Would not allow me to load my vehicle on site, who does that? What if I had been dropping off and still had my truck on the vehicle trailer? Rude and illogical.

When we went to pick up the UHaul, we were in a time crunch to get moving. I didn’t realize there were many steps to get the UHaul when we got there. The app should tell us that we can complete some of the information before we pick it up such as a photo of the drivers license and entering someone else’s phone number to verify that it is us.
