I disliked your mobile phone pickup option. I was frozen for over 20 minutes waiting for the online assistant to verify me. Thankfully the reps onsite were both super helpful and stepped in to help me get my rental after they finished assisting other clients. There was another client in the office having a similar issue with the mobile check-in. You can improve the mobile pickup option by giving me advanced notice of what information you will need and what i should expect. I dont know what the process would have been with mobile since the bot "Sandra" told me she was working on it then never returned to the chat but there were multiple steps working with the onsite reps including giving multiple contact phones that needed to be called/verified so knowing what is needed in advance and that its more than just clicking a button to say ive arrived would have made the mobile option more useful. It took me 36 minutes to get the vehicle from the time i arrived and that is only because the onsite team stepped in. You may contact me with further questionsJessica H.

It took me three tries to get someone to answer on a second phone number. I could have been better prepared, pre-registered or whatever. .89 per mile would cost a fortune for a long trip. Do you have some other options? There was a subtle body indent in the rear where a previous renter had allowed one of the rear doors to open beyond its intended range of motion; it was left to me to find this, but it would be better if it were mentioned to me in advance. When telling the agent my email, he wrote â€œdâ€ instead of â€œbâ€. Later when calling to correct this there was no way to correct it?? It is a PITA to match the original gas tank level, e.g., 7/16; would be great if it told me how many gallons, Or I could just fill it up and report the difference and then have an adjustment to bill at a non larcenous rate.WILLARDFRANCIS B.
