No one picked up at any of the numbers provided at the location on multiple occasions. It was difficult to get in touch with anyone. We were charged $150 or so when we first rented and thought that was the final amount due. Upon returning, we were charged another $120 or so that we did not know was going to be taken out. Then both of those transactions disappeared and a final amount of $279 was taken out. That number was never communicated when I picked up the U-Haul on the first day. Communication was awful during the entire process. We were trying to stay local and give business to Springfield, but I’d much rather go somewhere else and receive better service and communication.

All was OK until we turned the trailer back in the next day in Lebanon. Forgot to get a receipt.. so two weeks later got a call from U-Haul stating that the trailer wasn’t turned in yet. Area was very small. Couldn’t even get turned around. I would advise another drop off location then Lebanon, Kentucky.
JOSEPH NThe app never worked!!!!!!!!!!!! I'll never rent again, unless I'm dealing with a person. I was charged an extra milage fee and a cleaning fee when the truck was cleaner than when we got it. There was grass in the box portion. I'm very confused about the added charges! The U-Haul personal, a wonderful and patient lady, helped for about 45 minutes to get through U-Haul.com, to get the key!!! God Bless her, or we wouldn't have been able to move my Mom!!!!!!!

Doug VWhen reserving the U-Haul, I clicked on in person check-in on the website, but it ended up being mobile check-in. As a result, there was no one on site when I arrived. The lady I called took care of everything and there no issues, but I just wanted to let you know of a website issue.
