The manager was mad that I had a counter pick up. My reservation was for 545 and they close at six and when I called to check if I can park my car there, he told me he would be cleaning when I got there and that he was about to leave even though I called before five . He then told me when I told him I have a counter pick up with such a horrible attitude. He said well hope you get here before six. I then repeated myself and let him know. My reservation was for 545 and then he repeated his self with his sassy ass and said yeah I hope you’re here before six. I then arrive at exactly 545 and he has this look of irritation on his face. He didn’t even look at me in my face once he said everything with a horrible attitude and then proceeded to add insurance on the rental that I had just declined on the reservation. I had to call the next morning and he tried to lie and say that he told me that it has to have insurance and it was just a very irritating situation. Nobody should have to argue with a man on the phone. Especially when you’re the customer. He just kept talking over me. He wasn’t listening and he was just being flat out rude. Tried to tell me he gave a discount like how I had the rental for four hours and I drove 8 miles and even added more gas than I left with. I had to call corporate and get a refund for the insurance.

Juan CWas charged for optional coverage without consent, and truck was not swept before rented to me. I’ve been pulling crumbs of styrofoam off my couch for days.
MARGARET TWhen I reserved the truck it gave an option for the $15 insurance, which I couldn’t afford and knew for a fact I wasn’t going to need. To only find out I was forced to pay for it anyway. U-Haul is wrong for that. Next time I need a truck for something I’ll be going to Home Depot for my rental needs
Andrew BNothing, I was very happy with my experience.
