Was charged for optional coverage without consent, and truck was not swept before rented to me. I’ve been pulling crumbs of styrofoam off my couch for days.

When I reserved the truck it gave an option for the $15 insurance, which I couldn’t afford and knew for a fact I wasn’t going to need. To only find out I was forced to pay for it anyway. U-Haul is wrong for that. Next time I need a truck for something I’ll be going to Home Depot for my rental needs
