Ricky's Food & Gas employees were great. It was frustrating to have to wait for over an hour with kids in the car on a hot day wasting MY gas to run the A/C after already having spent $390 on gas for the uhaul truck... but... the employee eventually got it sorted for me and I was very happy with their professionalism and their customer service skills. They did their job thoroughly which is what took the extra time, if the West Kelowna location had done their job thoroughly it wouldn't have wasted so much of my time and the time of the Drop-Off Location employees. Hands down I would definitely deal with Ricky's Food & Gas again. I might actually go back just to give their gas and convenience my business, that's how friendly and professional they were. 10/10 for Ricky's Food & Gas.
MITCHEL WI would only recommend this location to a friend given it’s proximity to the small town I live in. Trailer tire was flat and I had to fill it before using the trailer which wasted some time. No proper walk through was done by the people on site before I drove off.
Ryan FPickup took too long. Even though I checked in online it took nearly 15mins to go through the checkin at the store. I don't understand what the guy was doing ....
