Brian TThis is a virtual location I just dropped off the truck and trailer. Took some pictures left the key in a lock box. Was actually pretty smooth.
Kevin RThe location operator had additional requirements after I followed the app instructions for dropping off the truck. It seems strange to me that there were two requirements. He didn't ask for anything I hadn't already provided through the app. Why doesn't he have access to the app info I provided? After I dropped off the truck, I contacted Chat support to ask questions about my receipt. They assured me it was correct but didn't answer my question. I wanted to know if my contract charges would have been different if I had selected a different drop off location in my area. It wasn't presented as a variable in the order setup. If drop off charges are variable by location there should be full visibility to the customer do they can make an informed choice.
