Roger CI would prefer to be able to choose a drop off location where someone is on site to help with parking, taking off the unit, and finalize the drop off.

Tisha SPick up location was super muddy. Key pick up is in a boarded up abandoned house garage with garbage all over the place. Instructions not clear at all. Would not recommend using this location.
