Service was rude and condescending, the instructions aren’t clear, the only thing you get from him is “did you read your contract?” Or “you don’t follow instructions well”. Look, if all I’m going to do is refer to my contract, then why am I talking to you in the first place? The contract is ridiculously long and confusing by the way. Not like things used to be! I’ll never rent a U-Haul again, let alone from that dump. I’ll do 100 trips with my personal vehicle over that brutal debacle.

Darrell ZPick up the truck on Robert Picktons run down muddy farm, after receiving unclear screenshot instructions with no phone number. Had to call the U-Haul number and they got the guy on the contactless lot to call me and he’s rude and told me I didn’t read the instructions twice!! Even if I didn’t, where is your customer service and I did read them I even went back to the instructions after to see if it was my bad and there was no contact number for his contactless lot
Meagan EI’ve pulled lots of different trailers and I have never seen one without a jack. This is the only thing I have to comment on. If there’s no jack someone should be on site to assist in hooking up the trailer.
terry jI do not recommend U-Haul based on my recent experience. I booked a 20' truck approximately six weeks in advance and expected it to be available on the date and time of my reservation. However, when I arrived to pick it up, I was informed that the 20' truck was not available. My only options were to accept a 10' truck or travel to another location much farther from my home and hope they had a 20' truck available. The pickup location at 54320 Range Road 253 was also very inconvenient. There was no employee on site to assist customers, and both the pickup and return processes had to be completed entirely over the phone. On top of that, the road leading to the location was in poor condition. Since it was raining that day, the range road was muddy, slippery, and difficult to navigate. The biggest issue, however, was not receiving the truck I had reserved well in advance. Because I was forced to use a 10' truck instead of the 20' truck I booked, moving became much more difficult and time-consuming. We had to make three separate trips to transport all of our belongings, which added significant extra time, effort, fuel costs, and frustration—especially in rainy weather.
