The gentlemen is kind of gruff and rude. He can be nice but he can also be very rude in responses. I got charged gas but it moved not even between the half point from the line it was given to me at. My rate said 45 which included insurance and somehow with gas was charged almost 90 yet my ex husband who rented the same u haul a couple weeks ago from this person had it for three days and was only charged 145 and I only travelled 13 miles.

sean jService was rude and condescending, the instructions aren’t clear, the only thing you get from him is “did you read your contract?” Or “you don’t follow instructions well”. Look, if all I’m going to do is refer to my contract, then why am I talking to you in the first place? The contract is ridiculously long and confusing by the way. Not like things used to be! I’ll never rent a U-Haul again, let alone from that dump. I’ll do 100 trips with my personal vehicle over that brutal debacle.

Darrell ZPick up the truck on Robert Picktons run down muddy farm, after receiving unclear screenshot instructions with no phone number. Had to call the U-Haul number and they got the guy on the contactless lot to call me and he’s rude and told me I didn’t read the instructions twice!! Even if I didn’t, where is your customer service and I did read them I even went back to the instructions after to see if it was my bad and there was no contact number for his contactless lot
