Guy on the phone was friendly. However the truck guzzled gas and was very dirty. The site did not work properly when we tried to return the vehicle and kept erasing the photos I uploaded resulting in a frustrating loop.

Jennifer BPick up was 2 hrs late, didn’t mention it’s a U-Haul from the USA so it’s based on mileage, booked to pick up in Sherwood Park, ended up in the middle of no where Range Rd 253 and Twn Ship 544 that’s 80km right there. Not happy with the service at all. Wouldn’t recommend U-Haul to anyone. Was hoping for an easier no stress move.
