Andrew MOwner was rude and kept insisting he was right about everything. When I booked, I booked for self check in and pick up for 7:30am, but his yard is locked until 9am and said that I shouldn't have been able to book it and it was located on the website. Tried to show him it was not mentioned anywhere, as well as ask why the Uhaul site would allow me to book there. He was rude about it and made it seem like he was doing me a favour by letting me into the yard to get my truck. He persisted on the gas tank being at the level it should be at on the contract and it was well below by a quarter tank. I took pictures and exchanged these with him and he argued that it was exactly where it should be. I have used Uhaul for years and this is the first time I have ever dealth with such unprofessionalism and blatant rudeness! I would like to request his partnership with your company be revoked!!!!!
