I was charged for after hours when I only had the truck for 3 hours. The app glitched and made me choose that. Im done with uhaul.
Brandin BI was contacted and asked to return the truck to a different location. This was done. Approximately 2.5 hours later I was contacted by first location asking where the truck was.
TOM HPick up instruction where very clear and the execution was exact. Don was very clear with things and very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.
