We called while we were on our way because, when we logged into the app, it was showing the wrong truck (a 9-foot truck instead of the 15-foot truck we had reserved). We were assured over the phone that our reservation was indeed for a 15-foot truck. When we arrived at the pickup location, the app was not working at all. We called customer service again. We were unable to receive assistance in French, and the representative on the phone was not helpful. She barely spoke, and it took us 45 minutes to finally obtain the key. When I made my reservation, I requested an appliance dolly, but it was missing. Overall, this was a very poor experience.

Mathilde IThere was no one present at the time we dropped the truck and the tire shop directed us to a key drop at the side of the building. I can't comment on the service at this location. Based on my limited experience with U-Haul, I would still recommend to anyone in the area.
Ian MI struggled with the lock on arrival, but thankfully the man in charge of the U-Haul was truly very helpful and kind and gave me a hand.
Valerie TOn m’a dit que je paierais (Sylvain) pour un camion de 10 pieds même si on me laissait un camion de 15 pieds. Mais on m’a fait payer pour un camion de 15 pieds…. Déception!! En plus, j’avais réservé pour 8 heures 30 mais le responsable est arrivé vers 9 heures…. 😡
