The agent was coming only for assigned time. When he was no there other pwople at the car shop were not polite and chased me away

Mais la réalité ne suit pas le système informatique web , j’ai été informé par après de certains changements (le site du ramassage du camion a changé! J’ai du faire 100km de plus dans mon horaire et course pour récupérer le dit camion. On m’a tout de même crédité un 100km en kilométrage. ) de plus l’heure du pickup que j’ai choisie etait a mon humble avis en AM mais on m’a dit que c’était en réalité PM. Vous devriez utiliser le système international du 0 à 24 hrs au lieux de 0 à 12 hrs AM et PM que je ne rappelle pas d’avoir aperçu!! Voilà mon opinion, en dehors de tout ça , système très efficace et simple (sans les problèmes)
John PWe called while we were on our way because, when we logged into the app, it was showing the wrong truck (a 9-foot truck instead of the 15-foot truck we had reserved). We were assured over the phone that our reservation was indeed for a 15-foot truck. When we arrived at the pickup location, the app was not working at all. We called customer service again. We were unable to receive assistance in French, and the representative on the phone was not helpful. She barely spoke, and it took us 45 minutes to finally obtain the key. When I made my reservation, I requested an appliance dolly, but it was missing. Overall, this was a very poor experience.
