it was late in the day and I thought they just pushed me through. All was good but...
Christopher PThe whole process of renting from this facility was very smooth and the equipment we rented was in excellent working order. Due to weather we switched vehicles at the last minute with a minimum of hassle, which we appreciated. What we did not appreciate was the false advertising u-haul does regarding their prices. The cost of "$19.95" is plastered all over the trucks, but in reality our bill was about $130, not including the gas. So, we would recommend greater honesty and transparency regarding actual cost of these rentals. The costs were not unreasonable, but they weren't that great either.
janet wThe location was fine and offered off hour pick up and drop off which is very convenient. The back of the van had a little bit of grass on the mat, which was not a problem as long as I am not charged for it. The van itself was perfect for our move and drove very nicely.
