The online return process was extremely frustrating and ended in eventually giving up. Every time I took the required pictures and clicked next, it would flag 1+ pictures as needing to be retaken. I would retake them and and click next and then others would flag red. I did this several times, trying to get the pictures as shown in the examples, but never could get the pictures to be accepted. The picture examples showed unobstructed views of the sides, front, and rear of the truck, but I could not take unobstructed pictures of the truck, due to so many other nearby U-Haul vehicles. I eventually just dropped the key in the return box and mentioned the problem to the attendant, who said he would take care of it on Monday.
