This location has trucks but absolutely no supplies. I signed up for supplies using the U-Haul phone app and was charged for hand truck they didn't have. I had to call them back when I realized I was charged and they did process a refund promptly. Given it was $12, I wonder how many others don't check their charges closely and don't get refunds. Maybe it's on me; but they did not provide a written receipt since I used the phone app. For the supplies I needed, they sent me to another location that was "my other location". I got there to find out they have no relation to each other. I had to go through a painful process to get supplies to use one way to NY. The people at that location on the other side of Sterling on Ox Road were totally incompetent. I will say the truck itself had good features. Was able to hook up cell phone via Bluetooth to be able to play our own music. Truck handled well and we had no issues.
MARTIN JThe signage is only visible from one direction, should add a sign that is visible from the other direction (which is the direction you need to use to access the facility).

xian cI scheduled the trailer for pick up on Saturday 8/16. The time given was "available for pickup at 11:00 AM". I got there at 12:15 PM. The location had already lent my trailer (meant for transporting a car to North Carolina) to another person. In fact, the other person was taking the trailer out of the parking lot as we were pulling in. When I went to the "office" I called the number on the door (no one was staffed) and one of the owners/operators of the location said that they had lent the trailer to someone else because we didn't show up at 11:00 AM. No where in the contract did it say that they would lend out my RESERVED trailer if I did not arrive promptly at the time it would be AVAILABLE. Additionally, the person at the location said "they should have given you a call that we lent it to someone else" (I assume "they" is U-HAUL corporate). I received no call and no email. I was told to come back in a few hours and that I could enjoy a "brunch" in the meanwhile. My drive back to my family was 30 min. I went home and got a call 2 hours later saying it was ready. I said I would leave immediately. I got another call when I was 5 min out asking where I was. I was clearly the last customer of the day and they wanted to close up quickly. When I got there the trailer had a dented rear fender where it made contact with the trailer's tail light. Additionally one of the thick metal braids meant to engage if the hitch should fail was missing a hook so he hooked through that loop with the other hook and used one hook to attach to cables.
