MARY VWalked through an ice covered parking lot to access office. Truck had no ability to turn climate control to defrost, washer fluid was frozen and headlights only worked on high beam setting. Made for a terrifying return ride in the dark in a snowstorm. Also had marijuana residue/ash in the drivers side door compartment near door handle. The person working the counter was great at pickup!

Carlos AHire more staff and shovel and sand the very icy driveway. The trucks were beat up. It’s not the fault of the staff, those poor guys were running themselves ragged. Get more staff and take care of your property.
