The app said 29$ per day I just used the equipment for 2 hours and it’s cost me almost 100$ dollar Then it’s take away another 68$ dollar from my bank account in total was like 166$ dollars

Hire more staff and shovel and sand the very icy driveway. The trucks were beat up. It’s not the fault of the staff, those poor guys were running themselves ragged. Get more staff and take care of your property.
AMANDA MThe original location that I chose didn’t have the truck that I had reserved. Nobody called to let me know this, so I had to go to a different location. This was tight for me as I scheduled the pickup for early morning so that I wouldn’t be late for work. I had to drive an extra 10 minutes to the new location and wait in a long line for service. I don’t blame the guy who was working there, it was a long line and he was on his own. I was told that I would receive a call from the district manager to discuss the situation. I have yet to receive that call. Very disappointing experience.
Amanda NFilthy location, super muddy location, not clean, not inviting and I got a flat tire from having to drive through their yard that is like a junkyard. Broken down cars all over the place, can barely drive through the parking lot. Broken glass and car parts. Really pissed about my flat tire. Never going there again.
ERIC WWe dropped off our 15 ft rental truck after hours on a very dark, cold, windy night. We were a little confused about the best place to park and where to drop off the key. We wish there had been more precise signage though the extensive clean campus appeared well-lit and well-maintained. We managed to figure it out rather quickly and the process was easy since we had done a similar drop-off before. We completed the drop-off process by taking various photos and reporting on the U-Haul app which worked well on this particular night. We then deposited the key in the garage door opening. There was also a nice emailed welcome from the facility.
