The rear door got stuck open the first time I opened it. I had to drive with rear door open. Dangerous! The sales person was very nice and efficient but the truck needs an overhaul.
GORDON Caccess the storage area where they keep the uhaul equipment barely accessible. The dirt and gravel storage area is a mess, disorganized, its borderline a junk yard. the auto transport i stored on a soft sandy dirt hill about 14 inches above the regular grade gravel/dirt lot i had to drive through. the associate didnt even hook up the chains, i had to do it. on the way out the person that checked out when i dropped off said he would email me a receipt, he did not. i had to ask him again to send it before i left the property. some random other associate came out of a shack looking building said it was sent in angry tone. I would NEVER NEVER recommend this location to anyone again.
