I scheduled the trailer for pick up on Saturday 8/16. The time given was "available for pickup at 11:00 AM". I got there at 12:15 PM. The location had already lent my trailer (meant for transporting a car to North Carolina) to another person. In fact, the other person was taking the trailer out of the parking lot as we were pulling in. When I went to the "office" I called the number on the door (no one was staffed) and one of the owners/operators of the location said that they had lent the trailer to someone else because we didn't show up at 11:00 AM. No where in the contract did it say that they would lend out my RESERVED trailer if I did not arrive promptly at the time it would be AVAILABLE. Additionally, the person at the location said "they should have given you a call that we lent it to someone else" (I assume "they" is U-HAUL corporate). I received no call and no email. I was told to come back in a few hours and that I could enjoy a "brunch" in the meanwhile. My drive back to my family was 30 min. I went home and got a call 2 hours later saying it was ready. I said I would leave immediately. I got another call when I was 5 min out asking where I was. I was clearly the last customer of the day and they wanted to close up quickly. When I got there the trailer had a dented rear fender where it made contact with the trailer's tail light. Additionally one of the thick metal braids meant to engage if the hitch should fail was missing a hook so he hooked through that loop with the other hook and used one hook to attach to cables.

EJIGU AI went to the designated address at 10:30 PM to return the vehicle. I parked the truck in the backyard area behind an office building. The area was dark and cluttered with randomly parked trucks, vans, and tow equipment. Finding a suitable spot and maneuvering a 20-foot truck into place was quite challenging. I relied on the headlights of the friend who came to pick me up to assist with visibility. I would not recommend this location for a night-time drop-off to someone without sufficient driving experience. While checking out the vehicle, I took photos from various angles, but doing so in the dark and among other large vehicles made the process difficult. In summary, if the parking lot had been more organized and better lit, the return process would have been much smoother. Thank you.
MERT YCut all ties with this location. They have repeatedly disappointed customers (look at the Google reviews for this location) and are too lazy to change. Not only did they cancel, the day before the move, critical moving equipment that I had already placed in the order to begin with but they also charged me for 12 moving blankets they didn't have/give to me. This operation was abysmal and honestly, I'm doing the word "operation" injustice by associating it with this place.
