Rodney JThis doesn’t have to do with the location but with the app. I was unable to get the photos to load which never let me proceed with the confirming of the license plate or mileage. It was very stressful to not be able to complete that step. I tried to chat with customer service twice but we were in the process of loading and moving so I couldn’t just sit by the phone.
