DANIEL FObviously wash the truck, vacuum and clean the inside of the truck before renting. I should refuse to rent the truck, because it’s so dirty inside and out. But, I really need the truck that day and I have no more time to go to other rental place. I told the guy who gave me the key, but he did not do anything at all. I have to leave to get my moving done. I never longer recommend this 620 W Charter Way U-Haul Rental place or the U-Haul in general. Sorry, but I am very dissatisfied for the whole service.
ROLAND WThere was no lock box outside. There was no signage that the keys should be dropped somewhere. I had to ask around inside the Gulf Station
