I’m a bit upset because it was a third party location and they were closed on Sunday. I was returning my truck today (Sunday) and I dropped off my truck before the scheduled time but I was unable to return the keys to the lockbox. I don’t know if the combination was wrong or what but I have to now make another trip and hold on to the keys until Monday.

Harry JThe app was buggy and when I was trying to take photos of the vehicle it crashed and I couldn't submit any photos. Also when I submitted the image of my driver's license and was waiting for someone to verify me, it was unclear of how long I would be waiting. I watched the one minute or so video and then send a chat in the chat box but never received a response. Eventually I was verified and cleared but it would be helpful to give your customers and estimation of how long the process can take. And it was also unclear on where to find the truck, it was in a back lot behind the property but I couldn't find clear instructions on where to find it I just kind of deduced it from driving around.
