The app was buggy and when I was trying to take photos of the vehicle it crashed and I couldn't submit any photos. Also when I submitted the image of my driver's license and was waiting for someone to verify me, it was unclear of how long I would be waiting. I watched the one minute or so video and then send a chat in the chat box but never received a response. Eventually I was verified and cleared but it would be helpful to give your customers and estimation of how long the process can take. And it was also unclear on where to find the truck, it was in a back lot behind the property but I couldn't find clear instructions on where to find it I just kind of deduced it from driving around.
