The windshield was filthy. It made driving at sunset on the freeway difficult. I would've given a five star rating if before driving off the property one of the staff members had cleaned the windshield. Other than that the staff members were very pleasant and the selection of U-Haul's was great.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkOur second time with this outlet. Both experiences were professional and painfree. I'm already planning the next rental and will definitely return to the Highway 49 Market. It's farther from home than some other U-Haul locations, but the superior service has proved worth driving an extra 10 miles in each direction.
Dave WI rent from this location a lot. They have excellent customer service. This weekend they had 2 new employees I've never seen, and Ibhad 2 issues with them. First, they said the gas tank was 100% full when it was only 75% full. I called immediately to let them know. Im glad I looked. Secondly, I did a 2 day rental and they charged me for 3. An additional $19.95 + $30 Safe Move add-on. 👎
