CORSAUT KAJ was a tremendous help! I was able to coordinate a pick up and drop off time that went a long ways to wrapping up the weekend project way ahead of schedule!
Alfonso GI needed to know the load capacity of my options. The agent did not understand that concept. He pointed to the gross weight label on the outside of the door. I tried to look at the sticker on the door jamb, but the text was overwritten. I wound up with an adequate vehicle, but I had to figure it out myself. also, the vehicle smelled of urine in the cab. I had to drive with the windows down due to the intensity of the odor. I reported this to the person I dropped the vehicle off with.
