The gentle man that helped me was suer helpful. He walked me through the process of the return and stayed with me thought out the process and made me feel comfortable even while attending other customers. It impressed me that he was able to be so helpful, especially when the Uhaul company itself was not.

The guy was really nice and very helpful.
