There was nobody at this location. I was instructed to drop the truck off at this location and drop the keys. The overall experience was not a great one due because i had multiple problems with no one to speak to face to face. Extremely frustrating. That being said the truck and the performance of the truck was great. In my opinion you need someone in person not on a phone present at your locations.

The staff person at the gas station that accepted returns was very helpful, and immediately came out of his booth to tell me where to park the truck, and handled the return promptly and professionally. And the location was ideal, less than a mile from where I unloaded the truck.
