Was ok. Gas station with no clear direction where to park truck. Was told by worker that I could not park at station so I had to park at a bank lot. The attendant acted like I should know the SOP on turning in truck to him. Was not rude just a man of few words.

Nothing - it went smooth and very easy to order
Gary RI had a reserved a 20’ truck and was told on 7/25 4pm it was in stock for my 7/26 9am pickup. It was not. The location had no trucks in stock. Had to drive to another location since we could not get in contact with U haul right away. At the next location, they only had 10’ trucks. A U-Haul rep called me and said the closest location with my truck I had reserved was another ~35 minutes away.

Cynthia CThere was nobody at this location. I was instructed to drop the truck off at this location and drop the keys. The overall experience was not a great one due because i had multiple problems with no one to speak to face to face. Extremely frustrating. That being said the truck and the performance of the truck was great. In my opinion you need someone in person not on a phone present at your locations.
