Yeah, the Location pick up. I would’ve rather had it where I booked it that would’ve made it more easier for the customer. And then the nonstop back-and-forth about hauling a trailer down here hauling a trailer down for 100 bucks wouldn’t even cover the gas let alone my time. I thought that was quite insulting. I really did your job the lack of actual person checking in and checking out I mean, you should reduce the rates or pay me for that.
