Drivers side mirror moved inward a couple of times but besides that everthing else was fine.

Duane MThe location I rented from was excellent. Very helpful and there was someone at the Shell Station 24/7. The individual that processed the start of the rental was very knowledgeable. Notes: There was a significant squeal that was random on the front right wheel. There were a few cigarette ashes in the ash tray, but no smell of smoke. Also, the web site allowed me to select a location Bartley Trailers for the 20’ truck. I selected that and then got a call from U-Haul telling me that was never an option. This was very misleading and should be corrected. The ladies that called were very polite and helpful, so that was good! But if you know a location doesn’t have equipment it shouldn’t be an option on the website.
