Horrible app experience and truck had low tire pressure and check engine light was on.

I said I did not have access to on line and he was arguing with me but finally took the key from me once he saw my husband was also there with me! Then I received a follow up call from CJ at Uhaul who was more concerned that I wanted compensation than the overall abusive treatment I received when returning my rental! No thank you / will never rent again and will make sure I put reviews for everyone to see regarding my experience!!!

Eve Marie S.Shell employee was rude, unhelpful and generally disinterested in being of any assistance. I will never use this location again. I recommend that the employee should be either trained in customer service skills and UHaul procedures, or not be allowed to deal with UHaul transactions.
