Please do not change the location of pick up. This caused great inconvenience to the process and $16.50 in bridge tolls plus additional gas costs. It is unfair to have to unexpectedly pay these additional charges after confirming pickup at a much closer location.

TJ PWhen i picked up the trailer there was still someone else’s lock on the back. I didn’t realize this until I got home. Had to go to Home Depot and buy something to cut off the lock. Added an hour and a half to my moving day
BREANNA SWhile this location is convenient for my needs, the inside of the store looks more like someone's garage than a true U Haul facility. Noone wears any uniforms or identification, and the staff usually appear frazzled and weary. In addition, seems odd to close at 4pm on weekends
