They weren’t helpful only because they weren’t open. I am sure my experience would have been drastically different.

The cup holders had soda all over them so it wasn’t clean. And we were doing in person pick up at 9:00an and the business was supposed to be open 9:00- noon. We arrived at 9am and no one was there. We had to call Uhaul and change to mobile pick up and the process caused us to have a one hour delay.
David GIt was difficult to get the truck and it was nasty also it was damaged badly
