The key was not in the box. The business was not open. I never got to use the truck but my card was charged.

They weren’t helpful only because they weren’t open. I am sure my experience would have been drastically different.
KANDI HThe cup holders had soda all over them so it wasn’t clean. And we were doing in person pick up at 9:00an and the business was supposed to be open 9:00- noon. We arrived at 9am and no one was there. We had to call Uhaul and change to mobile pick up and the process caused us to have a one hour delay.
David GIt was difficult to get the truck and it was nasty also it was damaged badly
Colpertrice MIt was hard to get in the rental and the truck did not come with the dolly I paid for.
