kirk K.Two issues. First the pickup location was 2 hours out of our way. We had requested a pickup in Birmingham, AL and were sent Talladega, AL Second, the rep offered a discount of $200 if we agreed to drop off the truck at an alternative location. We agreed but that was never entered into the system. When I called before my return the service rep said that the offer was declined and there was nothing they could do although I was willing to take it to the West Chester location. So overall, not pleased with the outcome. My experiences with Penske have been much better.
