Unbelievably Poor Customer service. Did not have truck that was reserved. Truck was dirty. Rental location was dingy and dirty. Had standing water in door handle in truck. Returned truck then 2 days later call call from u-haul corporate wanting to know when I was going to return it ("Smokey's" never checked in truck). Staff at Smokey's is very rude. Over charged for rental (including days after I returned truck and incorrect rental price). After filing complaint with U-Haul received partial refund for a random amount that still was not correct. Spoke to manager (After calling several times and spending over half hour on hold). "Manager" stated he was "sorry" about how I was treated by U-Haul and he did the "best he could do". I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and will continue with complaints to U-Haul corporate.

I was quoted one price on the phone that was confirmed by UHaul from the recording and I was supposed to receive the money back that was beyond what I was quoted and have yet to hear anything from UHaul or receive my money back. Had I known I known what I was being charged I wouldn't have rented the trailer. I would like my money put back on my debit card since I was told it would be put back on my debit card.

Smokey’s was great !! However I am not happy with my U-Haul experience at all. I originally reserved a “24” hour truck in Crawfordville when I arrived the truck was not there and the place was closed, I then went to the other local location that’s said open till noon again no one there. I had to then cancel and re order from Smokey’s that was an extra 50 mile round trip so an extra 50+ bucks .

I have been charges 3 times by Uhaul. Totalling $169 for a one day, 18 mile rental. I have been trying to contact U haul customer service for the past two days with hold times of over 30 minutes.... I NEED HELP

The 15 foot truck that I rented had no windshield wipers! This is in the state of Florida and driving down the turnpike. It’s very rare that you don’t get a rainstorm in that area.

Everything was great. They were not the original location for this order. They worked with me to change that and worked out all the kinks that came with changing the pickup location. The older gentleman checked behind the younger gentleman's work and made sure he knew what he was doing and corrected him as he went along connecting the carrier to the truck. So glad to see that.
