Don't do anything different, the young lady that helped me was amazing. Sharp knew what she was doing well organized, and went out and help us put the trailer on the truck. You better keep her.
Ray TPlease check the hook latch on the loading door as it was difficult for it to catch and lock. One time we had to use a long pointed object to jiggle the spring, which finally allowed the lock to catch and another time we had to use a rock to bang on the handle of the hook in order to get it low enough to engage its clasp.
Mary MHi beam headlights did not work. Low beam headlights were not aligned properly. Very stressful and difficult driving at night in rural areas without cell phone service.
AIMEE SI was pleased with the rental until I received the bill. Charging 26 dollars for using a credit card is not only unfair, it is just NOT right! Reimburse the fraudulent 26 dollars, and I will recommend you to a friend!
