the person was there and helped me right away - so very easy and helpful!
Meredith PI dropped the trailer off after hours and used the U-Haul app to complete the drop off confirmation. The cell service at this location was weak and it took over 30 minutes and repeated attempts to complete the process on the app. I ended up calling customer service to complete the drop off process. Perhaps offer free wi-fi near the office for better connectivity.
BENJAMIN CStaff was friendly and very helpful. Really bummed that Uhaul took the jack's off of the trailer tongues. This made the move much more difficult as the trailer needed to be dropped / parked in the duration of the move.
