For UHAul corporate to have all drop off locations including dealers in the system. It was confusing when my drop off was not available to see for the dealer to select.
Robin DOn the U-haul website, clarify the after-hours return process for trailers. It is different and simpler than for vehicles. This is a great feature that is new for me.
