Meredith PI dropped the trailer off after hours and used the U-Haul app to complete the drop off confirmation. The cell service at this location was weak and it took over 30 minutes and repeated attempts to complete the process on the app. I ended up calling customer service to complete the drop off process. Perhaps offer free wi-fi near the office for better connectivity.
