The whole fuel filling. I received the truck with less than half a tank. I was told to match what was in the truck on pick up I have photo. Returned with over half tank still had to pay 12.08 for fuel Sounds like a fuel scam to me. Put more fuel in than I received on pickup more than fair in my eye.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkGreat to work with .
Bruce WThe person who works there is super friendly and engaging. Will always rent from here if she has availability
Frank SI didn’t see any personnel. This place also did not have great parking room etc for pictures but better than pick up The extra that had to be paid for mileage made me upset because my reservation was changed 4 times and having to then pay extra when I was told they would add mileage didn’t make it any better. The whole experience was just bad from the beginning
