Phone checkout takes too long, repetitive questions, very time consuming, truck was great, just getting it quickly is a problem. I will avoid the phone rentals, if I can in the future.

Location was fine, uhaul itself was not. An hour before I picked up truck, uhaul called to tell me the size truck I requested was unavailable, I could only get a small one, cost me twice as much, because I had to do 2 loads instead of one, an extra day rental and twice the mileage, plus additional labor cost to help me twice, very dissatisfied.
Kimberly HNobody was there at all. Just had to drop keys off in a box and pray I did all the right steps.
EVAN Jwiper blades need to be swapped. it rained and i had a terrible time driving and the back of uhaul was not cleaned nor swept out
