It is a do it yourself lot. No supplies, no help, 0 customer service, and when we called Uhaul customer service the lady must have been having an even worse day than us because she told me to deal with it or cancel and go somewhere else and then hung up on me. Once we finally called a friend to help me figure it out almost 2 hours of our rental time had past before we could even check the truck out but the time had already started and they charged for the late return.

Easy drop off through the U-Haul app. There was no personnel at this drop off. The personnel at Suggs Creek was helpful.
Kimberly TThe check in /lockbox procedure was lengthy and confusing. Getting the code to the lockbox required a call to the support number on the app.
Suzanna HPhone checkout takes too long, repetitive questions, very time consuming, truck was great, just getting it quickly is a problem. I will avoid the phone rentals, if I can in the future.

An hour before I picked up truck, uhaul called to tell me the size truck I requested was unavailable, I could only get a small one, cost me twice as much, because I had to do 2 loads instead of one, an extra day rental and twice the mileage, plus additional labor cost to help me twice, very dissatisfied.
