Rented a van on Saturday and returned it within 2 hrs because that what I needed it. The location did not process the return until Monday, in the mean time I called Sunday morning to report this but the location was closed so called the corporate number and reported it, then at 5 pm I get a call asking when will I return the van and asking me to call back the location number, called but it was closed so had to call back corporate and apparently they did not have any note of my previous call either. So because of this I have to say location service was bad and corporate was also bad. Fortunately I received my receipt Monday morning and seems to be correct.
