I had no problem with the pick up and drop off locatons but the service as a whole was horrible! I was to pick up in DDO and was told the day before I picked up that I would have to pick up in Terrebonne. THEN I was charged for extra kilometres! I also spent 45 minutes + on hold waiting to speak to someone about picking up in Terrebonne.
