Very rude, disorganized, forgot the key, and I was delayed for over two hours, sent to three different locations, and my whole day was ruined, and the heat was intense that day. My customer was very angry, your negligence and there was nothing I could do. I am very sorry that I trusted you. I will never recommend you to anyone. I own a moving and packing business and I will tell the truth about you to anyone who asks me so that they don't get into trouble like I did.

Everything went smoothly and the price was reasonable.
CHRISTINA MI was supposed to get the truck at 12pm but when I got to the office they told me the system was down. I waited for more than hour and still didn’t get the truck. Everything was delayed that day because of this. Terrible experience.
