Mobile check in was not easy. I uploaded my license and didn't go past the address screen. I had to call customer service to sort out. I got delayed by an hour to get the uhaul rental. But this had nothing to do with the specific location from where i rented. Uhaul needs to work on the mobile check in process to make it easy and fast for the customer.

never had an issue the times I have rented here.
ANDY MThe staff were very nice and helpful. Had some issues with the truck and was told I would not be charged for the third day since I returned the truck the day before.
KYLE NI requested a donation months ago for these rentals and never heard anything back from Uhaul. This is so disappointing. I do this each year and have always received $100-$200 in gift cards. These rentals were used by Food for Hope a local nonprofit that provides food to families and students in Adams County, CO. This particular program Feed 5000 supports over 120 schools by providing Family Thanksgiving Boxes. This donation was very needed and I am extremely disappointed in the lack of community support at Uhaul.
