Right when I got there, my phone died! I asked people at the counter if I could maybe just charge my phone for a few minutes so I could get directions. The guy opened a drawer that had lots of different chargers & got one for me. He explained they were left there & he didn’t know if it would work. I appreciated this small act of kindness sooo much! I made sure I returned the charger so some other person could be helped!

Once again the location was fine. My concern is more with the trucks. The trucks need cruse control and the seats should have some lumbar support.

Aleise PAll workers at both Uhaul locations were awesome & helpful, they all get 5 stars. Uhauls system, however, gets 0 stars. The place I was told to return the trailer too (in Eugene, OR) didn't have enough room for it so I had to take it to another location.
