The car hauler was on the older side and quite squeaky with a few rattles ( not the employees fault). The shop itself was awesome, clean and well maintained. Great employees.

Great place, easy transaction, van was dirty on outside but very clean inside.
DOUGLAS MStaff was very good. Was able to assist in connecting trailer.
GARY SMobile check in was not easy. I uploaded my license and didn't go past the address screen. I had to call customer service to sort out. I got delayed by an hour to get the uhaul rental. But this had nothing to do with the specific location from where i rented. Uhaul needs to work on the mobile check in process to make it easy and fast for the customer.
Mathew Knever had an issue the times I have rented here.
