The app is not as user friendly as I would of hoped. The app couldn't find my location even though my location setting was on.

David EI wasn’t sure which parking lot belonged to the self storage since it is next to an apartment. A clear sign saying U-Haul drop off would have been helpful. Other than that everything was okay. Business was closed when I arrived so no comment on staff.
