The 5x8 didn’t have a ramp the other 5x8 uhaul that I rented had ramps for easier loading it would have been nice but not necessary. Very friendly and helpful Service

Friendly but unorganized. Had all the paperwork filled out ahead of time (which I highly recommend because the phone coverage at this location isn't great) and it still took half an hour to pick up the truck. Also recommend wearing bug spray at this location because the mosquitoes will attack you while you're trying to pick up the truck. They also kept texting me about wanting me to haul a trailer behind my 26' truck, but didn't say anything about it during the truck pick up. I'm pretty sure I could not legally do that without a special license due to the combined length of the truck and trailer.

Gladys KI’ve rented from Tony WI a couple times. The woman is a little hard to understand but gets info across. Makes me realize that she’s at the same disadvantage having to understand us. I would definitely recommend to others needing a U-Haul.
gacalyn wWould be nice to get assistance hooking up the trailer as it’s heavy. Also to check the lights that they’re operating.
