The truck ran very well but the driver's area had a few empty coffee cups and paper from take out food inside.

The location is average but the service level is a 5/5 The truck I rented--the steering wheel shakes when applying the brakes. This should be looked into.
MICHAEL NFirst thing in the morning, there was only one gentleman working who had to work very hard and I feel bad for him. If he had help, esp. first thing in the morning it may be helpful and less stressful for him and the customers. The van was in great shape and all else went well.
