everything was great I went to get the U-Haul today for my move and it was fast and easy! The gentleman that helped me this morning was kind and made sure I was good to go! When I brought it back it was smooth as well! I haven’t moved in a long time so that in itself is stressful ! but I would recommend! 5⭐️

Upon arrival, the attendant was nowhere to be found even thought the shop was fully open. I had to wait 30mins, but some people were waiting for 1h there. When he arrived, he was incredibly dry and dismissive to everyone. I was also charged for a dolly even though they didn’t have any. He said he was going to take it off my account but never did. Never using or recommending U-Haul again.
