The gentleman that helped us was amazing 100/10. However after picking up the trailer. One of the D hooks (forward right) was missing. This made it impossible to strap anything down on that corner. I had to stop at a mechanic shop to get a way to hook a strap to that corner. This costed me $50.

This time nothing

Joseph MThis location was awesome and they told us what we were way over charged. And did everything to help us. He told us if it hadn't been put on our credit card he would have refunded us our $100.
Myrna AMake sure all lights are working proper. Handles for straps almost couldn't release to get over wheels to strap down. Hard to release for unstrap.
