The truck I received had several issues and I will be filing a claim. It had a leak in the roof. It rained and damaged my belongings including saturating a new mattress. The truck smelled like cigarettes and had ash on the dash from cigarettes. The seat belt did not work. The audio input jack for my phone music did not work. I would like to get my money back.

MATTHEW RI was running late to pick up the truck and the employee called several times to make sure I was making it ok, and even stayed 15 minutes after closing to wait until I got there. He had the truck running to warm up before I got there and took the time to make sure I was all set before heading home. A+ service.
