Location changed me to 26 foot truck without letting me know. I was moving from a tiny apt complex with hills and covered parking. No one gave me option for smaller truck or to opt for different location to get size I needed. Truck very difficult to maneuver', and needed alignment, didn't handle pavement variations of texture well. Added height and length caused great difficulty in finding gas station.counter staff did not give alternate options but was nice and efficient. Online reservation did not advise of change the day before either. Staff gave varying stories as to why 20 ft not available.

Online 24 hour pick up was terrible. Angel did not approve my pick up. Customer service rendered useless to help me. Onsite manager for after hour approval was not answering. Had to wait till store opened. Counter staff Todd was awesome.

Going to UHaul has always been a slow experience for me. This location however is different, everyone here is professional and quick! This is the least amount of time I have ever spent at a UHaul location. I highly recommend

The gentleman who checked us in was super courteous, professional, and kind! His customer service skills were exceptional! It was also a super easy and no-stress process to check out. I’d highly recommend this location to anyone!

Wait times were ridiculous. There was one person helping people out at the front and the system took 7-15 minutes to finish helping a single person. The line was so long the employee told everyone to just leave their stuff there and leave without getting any sort of formal receipt the equipment was returned. The employee assured me the appliance dolly I was returning would be able to be scanned and show that I had returned it. The next day, I received a call from UHAUL that I had not returned the dolly and asking when I was planning to return it. Horrible procedure.

Computer system was slow, associate seemed unfamiliar with system or procedures. I was given the wrong size trailer.

Trailer I got was an old one, even thought they had once in better condition. I didn’t notice that trailer door wasn’t tight, but after Moving I ended up with wet furnitures. It was because the door was totally loose and as a resault seal ruber didn’t hold rain water at all. When I returned it I also showed to your local dealer. They are aware of that the trailer door need to be fixed.

I reserved a 6x12 trailer. A 5 days later when I went to pick up the trailer, they had given it away and told me I had to get a truck. This was a huge inconvenience since I had to leave my other vehicle behind and pay for the gas in a another vehicle that was not fuel efficient. It cost me much more money than I had intended.

I had a work situation arise and wasn't able to get to store at time I reserved truck. Thankfully when I finally received the voicemail I was able to reserve another truck. I've never had a truck pulled like that before

We, uhaul and I, had a contract to drop asset off at a different location (Hillsboro, OR)and after have it asset in my possession, I received multiple communications (after a signed contract) to change drop of location from Hillsboro (OR) to the Lake Oswego (OR) pick-up location . I accommodated situation, however, I was an inconvenience and was not consistent with the original contract. I will not recommend this Lake Oswego (OR) location, and in fact would discourage peers or acquaintances in using this specific location due to inability to honor original terms of contract and not respecting a current paying customer.

I am generally very pleased with the two rentals I have had recently with this location, but I don't think the fuel charge makes sense. The cost is $4.75 per gallon, and I drove 19 miles - however, I was charged for 1/8 of a tank or roughly three gallons - I have to imagine the vehicle gets more than 6 miles per gallon.

From the person who did the intake on the phone and in person, to the person on the phone who helped me extend my contract by a day, to the person who checked the truck in when I returned it -- all fast, courteous, and efficient. It made a weekend of drudgery much more pleasant. Thank you.

Truck had a leak in the mom's attic area above the driver's seat - water damaged some of our boxes.

I wish I could remember the name of the young lady who helped me! She was competent, friendly and a joy to work with. What a great facility and my van couldn’t have been cleaner or more perfectly suited to my needs. Thank you so much and I will refer and return myself.

The truck ran really rough. Good thing it was not a long hour use for me. But the service and staff were excellent!

The schedulers were not interested in listening. They wanted to get done with the call and move on

Super fast and easy drop off. The lady who removed the trailer from my car was very nice, efficient, and even reminded me that I had forgotten my lock on the trailer. Very thankful she noticed that! Good experience.
