Make sure there is someone there that can do what is necessary to accept trailer drop off. The person who was there did not know how to do that and wanted us to drop it off without no receipt of doing it. We were told the person who does it wouldn't be back for two hours.
CATHLEEN MSuper friendly staff and helpful staff at exceptionally convenient location. The box portion was very dusty and the roll top door was so rusted, two big guys were needed to open and close it. Based on my extensive rental history, I expected better.
Jim CDon’t let me book reservations for one place and then tell me 24 hours before I pick up that you changed me to a pace more then 30 minutes away from me!
